I solved this using an external user role plugin and preventing Group 2 to access Group 1 forms
and disabling the need to have a subscription pack in Forms > Post settings.

If i just use the metakey ‘userimage’ a number is being returned, no URL.

Hi Pernes, I guess its not the meta keys. Head over to the other topics “Image Insert / Image Upload Problem” and download the provided Javascript File. In addition, delete the minified (min.js) version of that file from your server, to make the replaced file work.

Renamed frontend-form.min.js to something else. Now works.

Upon click on “insert photo” the page jumps to the top. Nothing happens. Chrome. WP 3.9

Same problem here. Browser Firefox 29.0, Chrome 34.0.18747.131 m, Internet Explorer 11.0
All other plugins not active, Theme not modified. Same problem with 3 different themes.

Besides the title a caption would also be great, so that you can easily create galleries.

I first thought the Demo Area has some restrictions to file uploads.
After purchasing I have found the same behaviour on my server. I am also not able to upload photos into the rich editor.

Same here as with ggsalas. But my progressbar is not working (WP3.9 + Chrome).
Image Upload Custom Field is working fine. For metakeys I have just used alphanummeric chars and I have no duplicates.

If I turn on Console, I get an JS ERROR:
