Hi Nayem,

I changed the passwords again, as Erik wrote, that the “private reply” option, isn’t that private. As he was able to see the login info.

But I deleted all the products, and the Dokan Plugin. Uploaded the Dokan Plugin again, and now it works.

Thank you for your support.

Hi again,

Got the table up and running, and have the latest plugin and everything. Removed the thousand separator, and placed a new order. But still it doesn’t work, so…. Could you please advise what to do, as this sucks big time!

Hi Nayem,

so I did as you wrote. I removed/deleted the order table from my database.

But now when I try to place an order, no order appears in the seller dashboard. Only in the admin user commerce tab.

So this only created another bug for me

Hi again,

Well… I did delete everything using the admin account, so now the orders do not show on the Vendor/Seller dashboard anymore. But the money they had in the dashboard withdraw are still there. So how do I remove the amount?

Hi Nayem,

I have deleted all the orders using the admin account. But how do I delete the Current Balance in the vendor account?
It still says 17500, and not 0

@Erik — Nope, I’m currently living in the Faroe Islands. But will be moving to Denmark soon, so want to have the shop up and running, before I leave. So therefore, this is an issue for me, that a shop can’t withdraw their earnings.

I have also tried to change the comma and dot, so that it now has a comma as a thousand separator. But no luck. Still have the same issue.

This is one of two bugs I need have fixed, before I can present the shop to customers. So please advise.

And where I live, we normally use dot as a thousand separator, so would be best, if this is possible.

Hi again,

I have the latest version of the Dokan Plugin. And I’ve set it up, as you have. So that the Withdram Limit is 1000. The Withdraw Threshold is -1.

The vendor account has 17532 in its account. But still is not allowed to make a withdraw request.

Hi Nayem,

Thank you for your quick reply.
I have found a demo file, that I can use.

One question though. WooCommerce can import XML and CSV files created in Excel. Can your plugin import CSV files as well?

Have a nice day

I had the same problem, but after updating to the latest version of the module, everything works fine. Now only thing WeDevs should do, is add a demo file, so that us non computer tech people, can see how the XML file should look like 😉
