@Nayem — You already asked me to do that, and I replied. Then you asked me for my form settings, which were also already in the first post, and I still replied with them. Now you want me to start all over from scratch doing what I’ve already done? 🙂 Crazy!

Please help me fix this problem. 😉

In the upload form the upload size limit is set to “4500000”

Hi Nayem,

“File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.”

That’s the error message when uploading through the wp-admin side.

So I increased the post_max_size to 4500M so that it is larger than upload_max_filesize which is 4000M, and still receive the same error.

The webserver is CentOS 64-bit, with cPanel/Apache.

Any advice?

Thanks,

Ben

If the clip size is under 2GB, after upload, there will be a box showing that it is uploaded with a delete button too. After uploading any clip over 2GB, the form looks like you never even tried to upload anything. No error messages, no nothing.

Ben Ben

Hi wedevs team!

I’m in the same situation as the OP. I force pack purchases, and do recurring subscriptions.

Why can I not assign the package in this manner manually? I want to charge most users, but not all of them, to post, so I’d like to be able to give some paid accounts out for free, so I’d like to assign those users a package.

Hope you can provide a solution!

Regards,

Ben

Thanks! That was the information I needed.

No, no, no. You are not reading the request properly. I am not trying to tell the subscriber what type of subscription they have.

I am trying to show the subscriber content, based on the subscription they purchased.

If silver member, show this text.

If gold member, show this text.

If platinum member, show this text.

Thanks

Really? There’s no flag to check for this? Somewhere you check for the subscription package purchased in your plugin, why can I not use that to check it myself? All I need is your help to tell me what to check for. 🙂

1.) If no date is entered, it enters January 1st 1970. That’s no good. 🙂

2.) If pending approval, once you view the product, its publish date is set to Immediately, rather than the date the person entered.

It’s a good start, but it needs fixing first. Please advise! Paid purchaser of the pro version here 😉

Rebecca:

Look up the plugin “Email Author on Publish”. Works like a champ, I use it for this exact purpose. Free, of course.

Thanks Mahi.

I have to allow edits. Vendors never input the right stuff the first time and always revise. 🙂

I do set posts back to pending, and approve them, but of course it’s not easy to find the original publish date only the last revision which isnt the same thing, of course. So if someone wants to see “downloads older than a year” then it wouldnt be proper going by the last revision date as the new publish date.

Thanks!

Thank you Tareq. For the _yoast_wpseo_title and _yoast_wpseo_metadesc, is there a way to automatically use the product title and product description instead of having the person insert the text twice on the form?

If you do add this feature, please make it a on/off checkbox in the WPUF settings. I would not want my users setting image titles on the site, I would like to keep it off. Thanks 🙂
