I’ve encountered more of the same issues. I’m pretty sure I checked this product before and it was fine so I am very concerned ones that are working are reverting. I have fixed this on my main site by going in and rewriting the prices and resaving it.

Can you please take a look urgenting? This issue has been going on for over a week now

I got this to work now by going back in as admin and re entering each price a saving it.

I’ll keep an eye on it and let you know if it happens again but is this a known bug or a problem you have encountered before? If there is a permanent fix for it please let me know

I’ve updated to the latest plugin version and am still seeing some issues with variable pricing. Most notably with 2) above, i.e showing variable prices from the front end.

I have seen other users ask about this on the forums, do they not count as other requests? As an example, see https://wedevs.com/support/topic/2-0-still-problematic/page/4/ . Tracy’s point (1) is requesting the exact same function that I am looking for. I can find other examples as well. How many do you need before it gets prioritised?

Thanks for looking into this. The Woo Themes Per Product Shipping plugin absolutely allows per variation shipping costs. When I decided to buy Dokan I saw that it offered “Per Product Shipping” so I assumed that it just replicated the woo themes plugin functionality. It should be made clearer that the “per product shipping” offered by Dokan is essentially useless for products with variations of different sizes (and different shipping costs).

It would be great if you could let me know what timeframe the developer gives as if it will be a long time before it is delivered I’ll have to look for alternative solutions.

I don’t see any option from the seller dashboard to control this. Could you send me a screenshot of where it should be please?

If I change the plugin file will I have to update it every time there is a dokan update?

One last thing Nayem,

I’d like to just tweak the template a bit. Do you know if the plugin pdf invoices premium templates is compatible with dokan? I bought this previously and was working nicely before I installed the dokan invoice plugin. Is there any other easy way to customise the template if plugin is not compatible?
