Yes, I have the latest version of Dokan and yes you have seen this before as I have seen this come up several times. Why can’t you just answer a question? Please take a look at the site – https://urcrafti.com. If you need access to the backend, please let me know and I will set that up AGAIN.

No, nothing has changed on the site. Test package https://urcrafti.com/?p=2421 and see. It does not allow for the subscription to be activated and won’t allow for recurring payments either.

May I ask if you have tested all packages? Did they activate the subscription and create recurring payments? The Red Package is the most problematic.

Can you please tell me where to download the updated subscription package – we would like to test it prior to installing it so we don’t have further issues.

Also, there are packages that are working and others that are not. Is this something that you have experienced before?

Hi Towhid,
Based on the number of issues we have seen in the recent posts, we would rather not upgrade our site to the latest version of Dokan until the issues have been resolved. The recurring payments and activation of subscriptions were all working perfectly and then they simply stopped. Can you please review the settings to make certain nothing changed –

I know there was an automatic update to WordPress and I am not sure if that had something to do with it or not.

Once again, as expected, your answer is vague and really a non-answer. You ask me questions for more details yet you don’t give thorough answers back. Can you please explain when the IPN is located, How the transaction captures the IPN?

Paypal spent about 40 minutes yesterday on the phone to answer questions and test their system to make certain it was not a PayPal issue. Dokan gives a one line answer of bullshit.

We are using Dokan with woocommerce and paypal for the recurring payments

Thanks – We are losing quite a bit of income right now from orders that are being cancelled before completing the processing.

We also have an issue with coupons showing and error – that the coupon has expired no matter what settings we use. Is there guidance for this issue as well?

We will try the code and let you know if that resolves the issue. It seems there is a trigger that is not allowing the subscription to activate within the sellers account.

Yes recurring payments and Paypal Adaptive payments. We have dokan subscription and have changed some of the packages. The old packages worked – the new packages (even one-time payment) do not activate the subscription for the seller.

We have experienced te same crappy service and lousy support when encountering an issue – of which there are too many to mention. It has taken hours and days of editing to make dokan work within our site – as well as hundreds of dollars in re-programming and coding. I can not recommend this product to anyone.

Our latest issue is with chained payments in PayPal which seem to just fail every time. I ask a question to support and they ask a question back – never a solution, always a deflection to the issue.
